Includes: building custom training decks, visuals, and activities, aligning content to goals or outcomes, and designing how it’s delivered (live, recorded, peer-led, etc.)
Knowledge Capture Systems – When expertise lives in people’s heads and needs to be documented
Includes: interviewing internal experts, identifying critical know-how, creating templates to capture it, and documenting that knowledge in clear, repeatable ways
Role-Based Learning Paths – When development needs structure and each role needs a roadmap
Includes: outlining what each role should know at each stage, identifying required skills and training checkpoints, and building a development path that connects learning to performance
On-the-Job Training (OJT) Playbooks – When people learn best by doing—but need better guidance
