About the Founder
Amanda Carrin’s leadership journey—from early operational roles to serving as Chief People Officer at a Chick-fil-A—revealed a consistent pattern: when organizations invest in their leaders and systems, they thrive.
She founded On The Way Enterprises to help others experience that same growth—with the clarity, consistency, and care that make it sustainable.
That insight guides her work today. In addition to leading OTW, Amanda serves as Interim Chief Operating Officer for a Florida-based management firm that oversees multiple organizations across the state, including a charter school system and workforce development initiatives. In both capacities, she helps leaders reduce barriers, strengthen systems, and reclaim time for what matters most.
Amanda holds a Master’s in Executive Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, and SHRM-CP certification. With experience spanning frontline operations to executive strategy, she understands the full landscape of organizational growth. She combines structure and care to help leaders at all levels lead with clarity—and build systems that truly support people. The result? Less guesswork. Fewer fires.
